Each staff member can get their bookings straight into their own calendar on their phone. Google or Outlook, even in a personal account. In your dashboard, under Staff, open Emma's calendar. Have access to her account? Tap Connect Google or Connect Microsoft, and allow access. Not your account? Create a personal link and send it to her on WhatsApp. Emma opens the link, connects with Google or Outlook, and approves. No BookMe1 login needed. Then choose which calendar gets the bookings: an existing one, or a new one just for bookings. That's it. Every booking with Emma lands in her calendar, and her busy times are blocked on your booking page. You can even mix: some staff on Google, some on Outlook. BookMe1. Your whole team, in sync. Zero hassle.

โ“ FAQ

What about staff without a personal calendar?

Their bookings go to the business calendar (Google or Outlook, whichever is connected in Settings). No business calendar connected? They're kept in the BookMe1 calendar.

How do I disconnect a personal calendar?

In "๐Ÿ“… โ€ฆ's calendar" โ†’ "Disconnect own calendar". Upcoming bookings move to the business calendar, or to the BookMe1 calendar if the business has none connected.

Does the calendar stay in Google or Outlook after disconnecting?

Yes. BookMe1 never deletes calendars; it only takes upcoming bookings off them. You can delete the calendar yourself. Want to remove BookMe1's access from a Microsoft account too? Do it at account.live.com/consent/Manage. Good to know: that disconnects BookMe1 for every business connected to that account.

It says "This link is no longer valid". What now?

The link was already used, cancelled, or is older than 7 days. Create a new link in the same place and send it again.

The staff member wants a different calendar in the same account.

Click "Choose calendar" in their row. Upcoming bookings move to the new calendar; past ones stay where they are.

We chose "New calendar" and can't see it in Outlook.

In Outlook on the web a new calendar sometimes appears only after a few minutes. Refresh the page in a moment.
