Every new booking, straight into the Google or Outlook calendar you already use on your phone. Here's how to connect it in a few clicks. In your dashboard, tap Hours and settings. There are two rows: Google Calendar and Microsoft calendar. A business connects one calendar, so pick one and tap Connect. In the window that opens, choose your account and allow access. On Google, make sure to tick the calendar box too. Now choose which calendar gets the bookings: one you already have, or a new one just for bookings. Then Save. That's it, you're connected. Every booking now goes to the calendar you chose, automatically. And busy times in your own calendar are blocked on your booking page. No double bookings. BookMe1. Your calendar, connected and up to date. Zero hassle.

❓ FAQ
I forgot to tick the Google box. Now what?
You'll see a message that the calendar wasn't connected. Click "Connect Google Calendar" again and tick the box.
Is there a Microsoft calendar connection too?
Yes. Connect an Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 calendar in the "Microsoft calendar (Outlook)" row. With a work or school account you may see "Need admin approval"; then your organization's IT admin needs to approve BookMe1.
Bookings show up in Outlook at the wrong time. Why?
Almost always it's the time zone in your Outlook settings. Check the Time zone there and pick yours, and the times line up.
I chose "New calendar" and can't see it in Outlook.
In Outlook on the web a new calendar sometimes appears only after a few minutes. Refresh the page in a moment.
I disconnected the calendar. Was it deleted?
No. BookMe1 never deletes calendars. Upcoming bookings are taken off it, and the calendar itself stays in your account. Don't need it? Delete it yourself in Google or Outlook.
Can a business connect both Google and Outlook?
The business calendar uses one provider at a time. Your staff can mix, though: some with their own Google calendar, some with Outlook.
