More than one person seeing customers? Each staff member gets their own calendar, and customers choose who to book with. In your dashboard, open the menu and go to Staff. In the first field, the name customers will see. For example, Grace. You can leave the calendar ID empty. Business calendar connected? A calendar of their own opens automatically. Do their bookings take a different length of time? Enter it here. Tap Add staff member, and they're on the list. From now on, customers choose who to book with on your booking page. Staff are included in the Premium and Exclusive plans. BookMe1. Your whole team, one tidy calendar.

Open "Staff"
In the dashboard menu.

Type a name
In "Staff member name", for example "Dana" or "Dr. Cohen". This is the name customers see in the list.

Leave the calendar ID empty
Business calendar connected to Google? A new Google Calendar is created for the staff member automatically. Already have one for them? Paste its Calendar ID here. Connected to Outlook? They get their own Outlook calendar, and this field doesn't show.

Set a booking length (optional)
Do their bookings take a different amount of time? Type it here. Empty = the business default.

Tap "Add staff member"
From now on your booking page shows a list, and customers choose who to book with.
💡 Good to know
- Staff members are part of the Premium and Exclusive plans. Basic comes with one calendar per business.
- Want their bookings in their own private Google or Outlook account? After adding them, open "📅 …'s calendar" in their row. See "How to connect a staff member's own calendar".
- Made a typo? Tap "Edit" on the staff member's row, fix it and save.
- The list on your booking page is titled "Select". You can change that to "Stylist", "Room" or any word in Business settings.

Does this work for rooms or machines too?
Exactly. A "staff member" can be a treatment room, a court or a washing machine. Each gets its own calendar.
How many staff members can I add?
Up to 10 on Premium, and up to 5 on Exclusive.
How do I remove a staff member?
Tap "Delete" on their row.
