1. General

The BookMe1 service ("the Service", "the System") is operated by a sole proprietor registered in Israel ("BookMe1", "we"). The business registration number, address and phone number are provided privately on request by email to support@bookme1.com. The Service is intended for businesses and service providers, for business use. Registering and using the Service constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. The Service

BookMe1 is a SaaS platform for scheduling bookings, letting businesses and service providers connect a Google/Microsoft calendar or manage an internal calendar, and letting their customers make bookings independently, including automatic confirmations and reminders.

3. Sign-up and payment

The subscription includes the first 30 days free of charge, counted from the sign-up date. The sign-up date is the day the payment method is given (a credit card, or approval in a PayPal account); on the website it is not possible to sign up without a payment method (for sign-up in the app, see below in this section). The price is set by the plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual) chosen at sign-up, as shown on the site at that time. The first charge is made on day 31 from the sign-up date (for example: sign-up on Oct 1, first charge on Oct 31). From then on, the charge renews automatically every month on the monthly cycle, or once a year on the annual cycle, until the subscription is cancelled. Payments are processed securely by PayPal, by credit card or PayPal account.

BookMe1 may update the package prices and the subscription price from time to time. For a price change to an existing subscription, an email notice is sent at least 30 days before the first charge at the new price, and the subscription can be cancelled free of charge until then. If PayPal requires approval of the change and no approval is received within 7 business days, the service may be blocked. A one-off charge is made only through a payment link that the business approves.

Signing up in the BookMe1 app: you can start a free month on the Premium package without a payment method. The month counts from the day of sign-up in the app. To continue after it, you choose a package and billing cycle and add a payment method outside the app; the first charge is at the end of the free month, or on the day the payment method is added if that is after the month ended. If no payment method is added by the end of the free month, the account is paused and the booking page takes no new bookings. If no payment method is added within a further 30 days, the account and all its data are deleted, after notice by email.

On the Full House package the free period is 90 days. With the group-classes add-on, the first 90 days are free of charge, after which the add-on price is added to the regular charge, as agreed on the add-on page.

4. Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel the subscription at any time via the cancellation page. On the monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, with no further charges after that. On the annual plan there is no refund for the remaining period: the Service stays active until the end of the paid year, and the subscription does not renew. Cancel subscription

5. Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". BookMe1 is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Service, including failures connecting to an external calendar (Google/Microsoft), messaging services (WhatsApp/Email), or system availability.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including the code, the design and the BookMe1 brand, belong to BookMe1. They may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Data retention and deletion

After the subscription is cancelled, the account and the business data are kept for up to 12 months, so you can come back and pick up where you left off, and are then deleted. You can delete the account at any time before that, from the settings or as explained on the account deletion page. Copies in server backups are deleted within 90 days at most. 8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or the Service.
