Customers who forget to show up? A reminder before the booking fixes that, and it goes out on its own. When booking, the customer picks when: three hours, one hour or thirty minutes before. They can add a reminder a few days ahead too. At that time, a reminder goes out by WhatsApp and email, with a personal link to change or cancel. No time picked? It goes out three hours before. In your dashboard, the Reminder column shows how many were sent out of how many planned. Need to remind them again? In the booking window, under Message the customer, send the booking confirmation again, by email or WhatsApp. BookMe1. Fewer no-shows. Zero hassle.
