  1. Choose a type

A weekly class repeats every week, and people sign up for each session. A course is one sign-up for all its sessions. A workshop is one session on one date.

  2. Fill in the details

Name, places, length, price (optional) and instructor or room. For a weekly class pick the days and time; for a course or workshop add the dates.

  3. Set the cancelling deadline

In "Self-cancel until" write how many hours before the session a customer can cancel on their own through the link. The default is 4 hours.

  4. Where the class meets

Choose "In person" or "Online". For an in-person class, enter the meeting address. It is filled in with the business address and can be changed. People who sign up see it on the booking page and in the confirmation email.

  5. Online class

Choose "Online". With Google Calendar connected, every session gets its own Google Meet link automatically. You can also paste a Zoom or Teams link. Only people who signed up get the link.

  6. Write a class page (optional)

The "Class page" editor lets you add text, photos, a video, FAQs and ready-made blocks. Without text, the card on your booking page stays short.

  7. Write what each course meeting covers (optional)

In a course, every date has a "This meeting" field. Write the topics, what to bring, homework or reading to do beforehand. The text shows in the sign-up window under the date, in the confirmation email and in that meeting's reminder. A meeting with no text shows its date only.

  8. Share the link

Each class has a short sign-up link, for example bookme1.com/go/photography-course-26102026: words in English and then the date of the first meeting. Write the words in the "Short link words" field, or leave it empty and they are made from the class name. "Copy link" copies it, and "Share" sends it by WhatsApp, Facebook and more. Next to each meeting you can also share a single meeting, which opens right on its sign-up.

  9. See who signed up

Click a session to see its sign-up list. There you can add someone by hand, remove someone, change the places for that session, or cancel the session with a message to everyone. To add someone by hand you need a name and a mobile number (email is optional). Next to "Remove" there is a "Notify them" box: when it is ticked, the removed person gets a message that the sign-up was cancelled.

  10. All sign-ups in one place

In the side menu, "Sign-ups" lists everyone signed up to your classes, courses and workshops, with the dates of their meetings. You can search by name, phone or class, also show the last 90 days, and download the list as an Excel file or upload it to Google Sheets.

  11. Waitlist (in Full House)

When a meeting is full, customers can join the waitlist. When someone cancels, the first person on the list gets an email and a WhatsApp message with a link to confirm, and the spot is held for the time you set in "Time to confirm a freed spot" (default: 2 hours). A course has one list for the whole course. On the meeting screen you can see the list, move someone into the class, or remove them.

  12. Punch cards & memberships (in Full House)

On the "Punch cards & memberships" screen you create types (for example a 10-entry card for three months, or a membership of up to twice a week) and give them to customers by phone number. Every class sign-up with that number takes an entry automatically, and the confirmation shows the customer how many entries are left. Payment is marked by hand. You can also mark a class "Card or membership holders only".

  13. Attendance & statistics (in Full House)

On the meeting screen, from an hour before the class starts, every participant has two buttons: "Here" and "No-show". It works well on the phone during the class, and "Everyone else is here" marks everyone not marked yet in one tap. Attendance can be filled in after the class too. The "Attendance & occupancy" screen (a button on the classes screen) shows each class's average occupancy, how many meetings were full or empty, the show-up rate, and the fullest and emptiest time slots, for 30 days, 3 months or a year.

❓ FAQ

What happens when a class is full?

Sign-up for that session closes and the card shows "Full". In the Full House package, a "Join the waitlist" button appears instead. You can still add someone by hand.

What if the first person on the waitlist doesn't confirm?

When the time to confirm runs out, the spot moves to the next in line automatically. With less than that time left before the meeting, the whole list is told and the spot goes to whoever confirms first.

A customer cancelled. Does the entry go back on the card?

A cancel in time (before the cancel deadline you set) gives the entry back. A late cancel or a no-show does not, but when you remove someone from a meeting you can tick "Give the entry back". Cancelling a whole meeting gives everyone their entry back.

How does every-week registration work?

A customer with a punch card or membership can tick "Sign me up for this class every week" when signing up, or you add it on the card's screen. The system signs them up for the next meetings by itself. When the entries or validity run out, it stops and both the customer and you get a message.

Can a customer move to another date?

No. They cancel through the link, up to the time you set, and sign up for another date. Cancelling frees the place at once.

I changed the course name or date. Does the old link still work?

Yes. The short link follows the words and the date of the first meeting, and every earlier link of the same course keeps leading to its page.

Can I change the places for one session?

Yes, on the session screen. Lowering it removes nobody - it only stops new sign-ups.

Does a class block my calendar?

Yes. The session holds the instructor's calendar once, even with no sign-ups, and shows in the connected Google or Outlook calendar with the number signed up.

What happens to a punch-card entry when someone does not show up?

The entry stays used, as with a late cancellation. Marking "No-show" does not cancel the booking and sends the customer nothing. It is kept only for you and for the statistics.

Why does class sign-up need a mobile number?

Confirmations and reminders go by WhatsApp, so a mobile number is needed. If a landline is typed, a note appears and the sign-up is not sent. Email is optional.
