Three plans, a free first month and no commitment. Here is what each plan includes, what it costs and how to choose.

Basic: for a one-person business
$24 a month, or $22 a month on annual billing. One calendar (Google, Outlook or the built-in one), an AI agent that answers your customers, automatic confirmations and reminders, website embedding, and your own logo and branding.

Premium: for a business with a team
$39 a month, or $35 a month on annual billing. Up to 10 staff members, each with their own Google or Outlook calendar, plus everything in Basic. Made for salons, clinics and studios.

Exclusive: approved customers only
$29 a month, or $26 a month on annual billing. Up to 5 calendars, and only customers you approved can book. You can import your customer list from Excel or Google Sheets. Made for clubs, laundry rooms and closed communities.

Full House: for studios, courses and workshops
Everything in Premium, plus group classes: a set number of places per session, and customers sign up and cancel on their own. The first 3 months are free. Available for businesses in Israel for now.

Choose monthly or annual
Annual billing saves 10% and is charged once a year: $259 for Basic, $421 for Premium and $313 for Exclusive. Monthly billing is charged once a month.

Start your free month
Once you have picked a plan, all that is left is to sign up. The first 30 days are free, and the first charge is on day 31. You can pay by credit card or with a PayPal account.

- The AI agent is included in every plan, Basic too, at no extra cost.
- Have one or two employees? Take a look at Premium: everyone gets their own calendar, and customers choose who to book with.
- Already on Basic or Premium in Israel? Add group classes as an add-on from the Classes & courses screen, with the first 3 months free.
- Premium and Exclusive can also add products and inventory, for an extra fee.
- Prices here are in the currency you are charged in: shekels in Israel, US dollars in the US and most countries, and the local currency in the eurozone, the UK, Canada and Australia.

Is there a commitment?
No. You cancel in one click, whenever it suits you, and there are no charges after cancelling.
Is there a free plan?
The first month is free on every plan, with every feature. At the end of it you decide whether to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Write to us at support@bookme1.com and we will move you to the plan that fits.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. After a few months on monthly billing, the dashboard offers you the switch, and you can also write to us. The annual charge only starts when the month you paid for ends, so you are never charged twice.
What is the difference between Premium and Exclusive?
On Premium anyone can book, and you can have up to 10 staff members. On Exclusive only customers you approved can book, with up to 5 calendars.
Who answers when I have a question?
The AI agent on the site answers around the clock, and a real person answers by email at support@bookme1.com.
