-
Tick your days and set the hours
"Opening days & hours" has one row per weekday. Tick the days you are open and set an opening and closing time for each one. A day without a tick stays closed for bookings.
-
Add a break, if you need one
Lunch break? Tap "+ Add a break" next to the day and set when it starts and ends. Nobody can book during the break. "Same hours for all open days" copies the hours and break of the first open day to all the others.
-
Set the booking length and save
In "Booking length (minutes)", type how many minutes a booking takes, in steps of 5. Then tap "Save settings" and the change shows up on your booking page right away.
-
Add days off and holidays
In the "๐๏ธ Days off & holidays" card below the settings, pick a start date (plus an end date and a description if you like) and tap "โ Add days off". Those days close for bookings on your booking page.
๐ก Good to know
- A staff member or machine works different hours? Under each one in the staff table there is "๐ Hours & days off". Choose "Own schedule" there and add days off just for them. The default is "Same as the business", which follows your business hours automatically when they change.
- Existing bookings don't move or get cancelled when you change hours or add days off. If there are already bookings on your days off, you'll see how many, so you can arrange another time with those customers.
- Each staff member can also have their own booking length. Leave it empty and they use the business default.
- Your hours follow your business's time zone. You can check and change it in "Business settings", under "Time zone". There you can also pick the "Business language": BookMe1 emails you in it, and your booking page opens in it.
โ FAQ
How do I choose which days we're open?
Each day's row has a tick box. A ticked day is open for bookings; an unticked day shows as "Closed". At least one day needs to be open.
Why can't a customer see a time that looks free?
Usually because the booking wouldn't end before closing time or before a break, because it's a day off, or because your connected calendar (Google or Outlook) has an event at that time.
