Questions and answers

Why use only the time with clients?

Hours of admin, cleaning and empty gaps don't bring money, but your price has to cover them. Dividing only by client hours gives a price that really covers the whole month.

Does the price include VAT?

No. The result is the price before VAT. If you charge VAT, add it on top with the VAT calculator.
