Open "Knowledge base"
In the dashboard menu.
-
Write a question
What people ask most that isn't in your settings: parking, what to bring, whether children can come.
-
Write an answer
Short and clear, the way you'd reply on WhatsApp.
-
Add it
Tap "Add question & answer". From now on the assistant uses this information.
-
Test it
Open your booking page, ask the assistant and see what it says.
💡 Good to know
- The assistant already knows your services, prices, appointment lengths, business hours, address, cancellation policy and products from your settings. No need to write them again.
- At the bottom of the card, "What customers asked" shows the questions of the last 30 days. A question the assistant could not answer is marked, and "Add an answer" puts it in the form, so all that is left is to write the answer.
- Something changed? Delete the old row and add a new one.
- You can switch the assistant off at any time: untick "AI assistant on the booking page" at the top of the card, and the bubble disappears from your booking page.
❓ FAQ
Can the assistant make bookings?
No. It answers questions, and bookings are made in the form on the page.
And if it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't make things up. It suggests calling you, using the phone number in your business settings, or booking through the page. If a WhatsApp number is set in your settings, a "Message the business on WhatsApp" button also appears, with the customer's question already typed in.
Is there a limit on questions?
The assistant answers up to 100 questions a day per business. After that, until the end of the day, customers get a fixed reply with your phone number and a WhatsApp button.
