How it works

  1. Answer 8 questions about a normal week in your business.
  2. The math uses only the numbers you picked, no outside averages.
  3. See how many bookings and how much money slip away each month, and what stops each one.

Frequently asked questions

How is the estimate calculated?

We take the messages you couldn't answer in time, times the share of those people who book elsewhere. Then we add no-shows and last-minute cancellations, and multiply by 4.33 weeks a month and your average price.

Why is it only an estimate?

Because it's based on your answers about a normal week. Busy or quiet weeks move the numbers. Check again after a month with the real numbers from your calendar.

What helps most to stop missing bookings?

A booking page that's open around the clock, an automatic reminder the day before, and an easy way for clients to reschedule or cancel on their own, so the slot frees up in time for someone else.
