How to import a customer list
Your customers are already in Excel or Google Sheets? Bring them all over at once, instead of typing them in one by one.

Download the template
"Download template file" gives you an Excel file with the right columns.

Fill it in
Name, phone and email, one row per customer. A CSV file works too.

Upload
"Choose File", then "Upload". The customers appear in the table with the source "Uploaded".

Or connect Google Sheets
Open the Google Sheets template and copy your customers into it. Tap "Choose a sheet from Google", approve on Google and pick the sheet in the window that opens. If you pasted the sheet's link first, the window opens right on it. The sheet is checked live on every booking.
💡 Good to know
- A new upload replaces everyone from the previous upload. Customers you added by hand stay.
- With Google Sheets, just update the sheet. No need to upload again.

Can I disconnect the sheet?
Yes, with the "Disconnect" button.
What can BookMe1 see in my Google Drive?
Only the sheet you picked in Google's window, and it only reads names, phones and emails from it. No other file.
Is this available on every plan?
Authorized customers and importing are part of the Exclusive plan.
