How to limit bookings to known customers
Only work with regulars? Build a list of authorized customers, and only people on it can book.

Open "Authorized customers"
In the dashboard menu.

Add customers
Phone, email and a name if you like, then "Add customer". Long list? Import it in one go.

Turn on the restriction
Tick "Only allow listed customers to book". While it's off, anyone can book.

What the customer sees
On your booking page, the customer enters a phone or email to verify. People on the list carry on booking; everyone else gets a friendly invitation to contact you.
💡 Good to know
- Build the list first, then switch it on. That way no regular gets locked out.
- A customer who verified once is remembered on their device and goes straight through next time.
❓ FAQ
Do they need both phone and email?
No. Either one is enough to verify.
Can I edit or delete a customer?
Yes, with the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons on their row.
