How to view and download reports
How many bookings this month, which products sell, and what's left in your pocket. All on one screen, with an Excel download.
Where to start
Dashboard → Statistics

Open "Statistics"
In the dashboard menu.

Pick a date range
Set "From" and "To", choose whether to group by day, week or month, and tap "Apply filter".

Read the charts
How many bookings each period had and how much working time they took.

Add a profit percentage to products
In the product sales table, type what share of each product's price is profit and tap "Save profit %". Profit is calculated for you.

Download or share
"Download XLS" for an Excel file, or "Upload to Google Sheets" to send it to your accountant.
💡 Good to know
- Product figures appear only when the paid Products add-on is on for your business.
- Want to know what happened and when? The "Activity log" records bookings, cancellations, reminders and AI assistant chats.
- The profit percentage is only entered here, and customers never see it.
❓ FAQ
Are cancelled bookings counted?
Yes. The report counts every booking made in the range, including ones cancelled later.
Can I open the file in Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload straight to Google Sheets, or open the XLS file there.
