- A square, sharp logo on a light background makes the best icon.
- Best time to send the message: right after a visit, while the phone is still in your customer's hand.
- Changed your logo? Customers who already added your business may see the old icon until they add it again.
- On a computer, the page doesn't offer "Add to phone". It suggests saving the page to bookmarks instead (Ctrl+D, or โ+D on a Mac).
โ FAQ
Does it cost anything?
No. It's included for every business, and no app store is needed.
Does the app need updating?
No. It always shows the latest version of your booking page.
Why does my customer see the BookMe1 symbol instead of my logo?
Your logo probably wasn't uploaded yet when the customer added your business. Upload your logo in Business settings, then ask the customer to delete the icon and add it again.
My customer can't find "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone. What now?
The page has to be opened in Safari. In the Share menu the option sits a bit further down the list, so scrolling may be needed to see it.
