We collect business sign-up details (business name, email, phone, logo), end-customer booking details (full name, email, phone, appointment time), and external calendar connection data (Google/Microsoft OAuth tokens) solely for checking availability and scheduling appointments.

2. How we use the information

• Showing real-time availability from the connected Google/Microsoft calendar.
• Creating calendar events when an appointment is booked.
• Sending confirmation and reminder messages by email and WhatsApp.
• Automatically answering FAQs based on the knowledge base entered by the business owner.
• Processing subscription payments via PayPal.

3. Sharing information with third parties

We share information only with necessary service providers: Google Calendar / Microsoft Graph (calendar), Twilio (WhatsApp), an email server (SMTP), and PayPal (payment processing). We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data security

Passwords are stored hashed. Access to the admin panel is protected by authentication. External calendar tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the client.

5. Your rights

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to cancel your subscription via the cancellation page. Cancel subscription
